Healthy Skin = Less Coverage, Less Makeup.

A flawless Makeup Application starts with fresh and healthy skin. For fast and effective results, I reach for the Dermalogica skin care line. I think of it as the skins gatorade. I find using this specific brand provides a quality product that works to give amazing results, especially when in a time crunch. Each time you wash your face, it will feel clean, hydrated and simply yummy!

Primarily, I am Makeup Artist, as well as a licensed Esthetician (Skin Care Therapist). Working within the beauty field, I can’t stress enough how important it is to analyze and know the skin you are presented with on a Model, Actor, or Client. The first step to any makeup application, I ask the following questions to determine the skin palette I am working with:

Do you have skin sensitivity or allergies to specific ingredients or products?

- Reviewing a persons skin history is extremely important information. This can save you and the person in your chair from avoiding a serious allergic reaction, which in turn could literally blow up in your face! Never assume someones skin type before analyzing. Once you attain the information that a client may be allergic to an ingredient, you need to be prepared to switch to a product more suitable to their specific skin type.

What are your biggest skin care concerns/problematic areas (dry patches, excess oil production, acne-prone, under-eye bags, etc.)?

- Product knowledge is important because a client may appear to have fresh and clean looking skin, then suddenly within an hour they may look like an alligator, or have an oil slick face. Skin prep absolutely affects the wear of makeup. For example, excess oil production mixed with foundation may cause the color of foundation to turn, known as oxidation. There are specific products available to avoid these sebaceous culprits so you can be assured your makeup is in tact.

After a quick verbal consultation, I sanitize my hands and physically touch their face to confirm the skin texture, elasticity, and skin type. Performing this step is imperative so I can properly treat the skin accordingly at the beginning of a makeup application, or washing the skin clean at the end of a long day.

Why Dermalogica?

They have a complete range of products for any skin care need from cleansing to sun protection, and everything in between. With the variety of this line, you are able to pinpoint your specific skin care concerns, and go to town mixing and matching products to create your perfect skin care cocktail (aka skin mapping, read below). When used in conjunction, I find all of the product within this line compliment each other well.

Dermalogica’s cleansers are Soap-Free! Say goodbye, and leave behind harsh and drying chemicals other facial soaps may have. They have the power to effectively cleanse the skin, while preserving its natural moisture. Soap-free cleansers are gentle enough to use on ALL skin types, while leaving the skin squeaky clean.

Visit any Dermalogica Retail Store or Spa, and they offer customized Skin Mapping. Analyzing the skin properly by a Dermalogica trained professional generates a targeted skin care regimen = results.

Their product line is formulated without irritating ingredients such as artificial fragrance, colors, mineral oil, lanolin, and SD Alcohol. Amazing for sensitive skin!

No Animal Testing

Dermalogica Must-Haves for Makeup Prep:

Cleansers

Ultra-Calming Cleanser:

When in doubt, this is the most universal cleanser for any skin type. This is my go to product for dry, sensitive, or irritated skin. The thick consistency soothes skin, and gives it the extra nourishment it craves.

Special Cleansing Gel:

This gentle foaming cleanser washes away impurities, without stripping the skins natural moisture barrier, and is great for all skin types. The crisp scent containing mint and lavender extracts, soothes and calms the skin. The foaming cleanser lifts and removes all traces of makeup, leaving the skin feeling hydrated, not dry like other gel cleansers! Also, this a great product for men because it rinses clean, leaving no residue at all, and the scent is not too overpowering or feminine.

Exfoliator

Daily Microfoliant:

An exfoliant gentle enough to use daily, it helps to brighten, smooth and tone all skin conditions. It’s important to exfoliate the top, dead layers of the skins surface so toners, moisturizers and treatments can penetrate deeper into the skin. Adding makeup on top of dry, flaky skin is setting yourself up for an unflattering makeup application, which enhances the uneven texture more! That is a big makeup NO, NO! Exfoliate, capiche?!

Toner

Antioxidant Hydramist:

A toner may be used to level the skins natural PH balance after washing the face. This particular toner promotes hydration, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and protects the skin from free radicals. Containing peptides it aids in slightly plumping the skin, adding an anti-aging benefit. Don’t forget to spritz throughout the day to refresh makeup, giving it a boost of radiance!

Moisturizer

Active Moist:

Its light, non-greasy, oil-free formula is the perfect drink for skin. It completely absorbs deep into the epidermis leaving a hydrated, and light weight feel at the same time. Again, a great product for men, because it’s not too heavy.

Skin Smoothing Cream:

The name says it all. This medium weight moisturizer is not too thick or heavy, just right. Best used on normal to dry and mature skins. May be used all over the face day or night, or to spot treat dry areas in conjunction to using active moist!

Primer

Skinperfect Primer SPF 30:

Get your bang for your buck with this AMAZING, multi-tasking product! The benefits include sun protection, and a silicone base to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. May be worn alone to neutralize skin tone, formulated with natural minerals to enhance illumination, or under makeup to prolong its wear.

As you may gather, I stress it’s important to invest in a quality skin care line. Why waste money on other products that are rarely used, and sit in a shelf? Start taking care of your skin now, and it will pay off in the long run. Your skin will thank you later!

We all know red is the color of love, and that’s one thing that never goes out of style.

Dare to go bold and rock Taylor Swift’s signature red lip? This lip defines Taylor, and sends the message that she’s always ready and determined to find love, yet she’s tough! This is a guide for any makeup lover who would like to achieve an easy, yet Spicy-Red-Hot-Lip too!

Red is so powerful, it screams attention. When wearing this classic color on your lips, you want to make sure they are properly exfoliated and moisturized for an even and flawless application. Attempting to wear red on dry, flaky lips will draw unwanted attention to thirsty smackers, so it’s important to follow this next step:

A simple exfoliating lip scrub anyone can make in the convenience of their home is to mix sugar and olive oil together in a small cup or bowl to form a paste. Next, apply a small amount of the mixture to a wet washcloth, or an unused tooth brush. Gently massage over lips in a circular motion for about 30 seconds – 1 minute. Wash lips with warm water, and pat dry. Now is best to apply your lip balm so it can soak in deep and work its magic!

People tend to have a common issue picking out the correct shade of red and matching it to their specific undertone. To determine your undertone, you can try The Vein Test: In natural lighting, look at the inside of your wrist. If your veins appear blue, you have a cool undertone, if they appear more green you have a warm undertone. If you can’t really tell, or you think you see a mixture of both then you may be neutral.

General tips when selecting your perfect red:

Warm Tone (olive, yellow or darker complexions) – go for an Orange-Red

Cool Tone (pink, reddish, even a blue color to your skin) – try a Blue-Red

Neutral Tone – Deeper and Darker Reds tend to be more flattering vs. Bright Reds

Now that you have an idea of which color category you are, it’s time to breakdown lipsticks. They come in a variety of finishes and textures. Ask yourself how much drama you want to add to your lips. Do you want them to pop, or just add a subtle hint of color?

Use this standard lipstick guide which may apply to any Lip Color:

Matte: Flat, no shine, but with intense pigment. Think Vintage. A little drying, so you may want to hydrate lips with a balm first.

Gloss: Shiny, instantly makes lips look fuller, and more sexy. May be worn alone, or used to top off any lip color. Flattering on any age, and doesn’t settle into lines. Use sparingly.

Satin: Semi-matte is the most popular lipstick finish being it’s not too flat, and not too much shine, and non drying so it keeps lips feeling hydrated.

Frost: Color, plus added shimmer and shine.

Stain: A sheer tint of color, for a more natural approach.

Now that you have picked out which undertone and finish you want for your red lip look, it’s time to even out the color on and around your lips to ensure a clean and neat application:

Step 1 (skip this step if you choose a sheer finish such as a stain or gloss alone): Apply a hydrating concealer or foundation over and around the entire lip area, make sure it is well blended into your skin.

Step 2: Set lips by dusting a translucent powder. This step acts as a base and will promote the longevity of your lipstick wear, similar to using a lip primer (if you have one, use it).

Step 3: Choose a lip liner in a shade close to your lipstick choice. Carefully and slowly, create small dots exactly on your lip line. Next, connect the dots (literally). Fill in both the entire top and bottom lip with the liner. This will also help to keep your lipstick stay in tact, prevent bleeding, as well as leaving a stain on the lips should your lipstick start to wear throughout the day.

Step 4: Here you will need a single 2-ply tissue, and separate it so it is now 1-ply. Place and hold the tissue firmly over your lips without disturbing the lipliner. Dip your powder fluff brush into translucent powder and apply directly onto the tissue over and around your lips. This will now set your lip liner and make it budge-proof!

Step 5: Top with your lipstick, and your ready for night or day!

Another reason to try red lips comes with added beauty benefits, it instantly brightens and gives the appearance of whiter teeth! Think of your smile as your daily accessory, so why not flaunt it?!

Itch, Itch… Scratch, Scratch…It’s The Dead of Winter.

During the brisk winter months, the dry heat is pumping indoors, and we tend to bundle up and hibernate in layers of clothing to keep warm. When venturing outside, it feels like a sharp slap in the face of igloo coldness. The fluctuating range in temperatures from hot to cold, really does a number on our skin. Here’s what you can do to gain back that baby smooth touch!

The Exterior:

The top layers of our skin act as a shield or barrier, making it hard for products such as lotions and creams to do their job. Reverse the winter curse by waking up your itchy and dry skin with an exfoliating body scrub. Doing so will rid tired layers of dead skin for a silky, smooth touch. In addition, moisturizers will penetrate deeper into your newly revitalized skin, delivering amazing results. Try a budget friendly, home skin care remedy right from your kitchen!

Sweet Winter Scrub Recipe:

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup Almond Oil (may be replaced with any oil such as vegetable, Vitamin E oil, etc.)

For added fragrance, add 10-15 drops of aromatherapy oils

1/4 cup honey

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together to a thick, gooey consistency. While in the shower, take a good amount of the scrub in the palm of your hand and apply it to your body in circular motions. For a more intense scrub, use a washcloth, loofah, body brush or body puff. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Once you are dry and out of the shower, immediately follow with applying a hydrating lotion or body cream. Warming your lotion in the microwave for a few seconds is an added bonus. Repeat 1 -2 times a week to keep your skin fresh all winter long.

The Interior:

Did you know the human body is made up of over 70% water? The number one habit we can do to flush out toxins and replenish lost moisture, is to DRINK WATER. Hydrating from the inside-out will result in major beauty benefits.

Now go out there and show that winter weather who’s boss!

FACE IT people, our world is pulling a fast one on us and I feel it’s my beauty duty to spread the word, and raise awareness.

Have you ever really evaluated the ingredients you put on your skin and face daily?

On a daily basis, most of us apply skin care and makeup products to our faces. Our body absorbs harmful ingredients, and if you put them on your lips, you’re technically eating them.

Not Cool: Parabens.

What is a paraben anyway? It’s a bad, bad chemical used to preserve products to stop fungus, bacteria and other microbes from growing in your favorite creams and makeup.

Why are parabens used? They are cheap and effective.

Why should I be concerned about parabens? Parabens are found to mimic the estrogen hormone, influencing high levels in the body, which may be linked to breast cancer. Studies have shown that parabens increased breast cancer proliferation and have been found in breast tumor samples.

Why should I stop using products with parabens? Parabens can accumulate in body tissue over time. Parabens enter your bloodstream when applied to your skin. When taken in through the bloodstream, a body can receive higher concentrations, up to 10 times the amount than when taking it orally. Additionally, those with sensitive skin should avoid parabens because it often causes allergic reactions, irritation and rashes.

6 Beauty Product Ingredients to Avoid:

Petrochemicals
Examples include petroleum jelly, isopropyl alcohol or isopropanol, methyl alcohol or methanol, butyl alcohol or butanol, ethyl alcohol or ethanol (often used in skin astringents and perfumes or colognes).

Sodium laureth/lauryl sulfates and other sulfate-based detergents
Examples include sodium lauryl ether sulfate; sodium laureth sulphate; sodium lauryl ether sulphate (most commonly used in shampoos, shower gel, bubble bath)

Propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, along with various ingredients formulated with PEGs and PGs
Examples include ethylene glycol (used in firming lotions) and propylene glycol (found in everything from deodorant, mascara, baby powder, after shave and more).

Formaldehyde & paraben preservatives
Examples include butylparaben, ethylparaben, methylparaben, propylparaben (found in sunscreen, shampoos, shaving gel, toothpaste and more)

Synthetic dyes
Examples include anything with F&DC preceding it, usually followed by a color and a number. (F representing food, D&C representing drugs and cosmetics), other color additives, including caramel, lead acetate, manganese violet, and more.

Artificial fragrances
Avoid most perfumes/colognes, which legally aren’t required to list ingredients to protect their trade mark

Paraben-Free, Organic, and Natural Cosmetic Lines to check out:

“I’m in love with my favorite eyeshadow, but every time I wear it, my eyes blow up like The Nutty Professor, and itch like crazy! What do I do?”

A major factor which may cause itchy eyes, and irritation could be from your favorite eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. Say Whaaaaat?!

Yes, red dye present in a broad spectrum of colors including browns, purples, blues, and even greens may be the reason behind your eye allergy. The culprit is found within the pigment of the dye, which may cause itchy, burning, inflamed, and watery eyes. When our body develops an allergic reaction to a cosmetic, it is called contact dermatitis. Simply put, you can’t tolerate red dye (which is very common).

If you find you are sensitive when wearing cosmetics, do your research and check the ingredients before you risk having an allergic reaction.

Common Names for Red Dye Ingredients to Avoid:

Carmine (Most Common)

Crimson Lake

Cochineal

E120

Natural Red #40

C.I. 75470

Other Ingredients which may cause Contact Dermatitis:

Formaldehyde

Quaternium – 15

Nickel

Colbalt

How to treat Contact Dermatitis:

Carefully wash the eyelid, and surrounding area with a gentle cleanser. A cold compress may help to soothe irritation. Apply an oral, over the counter hydrocortizone cream, such as Cortaid. Use sparingly, and short term. Be careful not to get it in the eye. See a doctor when necessary.

Solution:

Eliminate all eyeshadows with Red Dye, especially purples. Wearing neutral, earth-tones without red-dyes is your best bet. If you are in love with purple shadow, you may try using a mineral or hypo-allergenic cosmetic line. Again, remember to check the ingredients first.

Suggested Cosmetic Lines:

Bare Minerals

Pur Minerals

Tarte Cosmetics

100% Pure (pigments are made from natural fruit)

Almay

Clinique

Physicians Formula

Best of luck!

I am writing to THANK everyone for their support, encouragement, and participation while competing in the Raw Artist Semi-Finals! I am ecstatic and thrilled to announce I have been selected as the:

Winner of Philadelphia’s Raw Makeup Artist of the Year!

With the assistance of friends, family, the beautiful faces of MMA’s models, the very talented Carol from The Giovanni & Pileggi Salon providing intricate Hair Styling, Jason Klein arranging Black Light Production, and my extremely gracious cousin, Rebecca Dittrich (who pulled through walking last minute in the show) helped me WIN this incredible title!

A BIG shout out to the Director of RAW, Fred Calalang for accepting my Raw Artistry Submission, and inviting me into the Raw Artist Family. His direction, management, and belief in my talent allowed the opportunity to share my creative visions for Makeup Artistry.

Nominated as one of Philadelphia’s Top Five Makeup Artists to compete in The Semi-Finals, and Winning is one of the greatest achievements in my career. My goal was to turn heads, think outside of the box, and bring my best work to Philadelphia. The approach was to stray away from standard Runway Makeup (which is to be expected), use the face as a palette, and play up the many facets of Creative Makeup. I wanted to show versatility.

Conceiving a visual idea and bringing it to life entails hours of research and experimentation. I took a few trips to the craft store to seek out perfect detailed embellishments such as pearls, glitter glue, ribbon, lace and jewels to hand-craft props and execute my looks.

A background in Visual Communications thoroughly prepared me to choose my three makeup themes wisely. I felt it was in my best interest to have concepts that the audience and judges would instantly recognize without confusion. There are major factors to take into consideration when viewing a live runway show such as the distance for viewing, lighting, and the given time allotted to showcase. I opted to leave a Fashion Designer out of this particular show which happened to be a strength in this case. The models dressed in all black from head to toe, minimizing the chance of distraction, which directed the focus on the face. The last thing I wanted was for someone to ask if I was the Fashion Designer.

The first look worn by Rebecca Dittrich was inspired by Comic Book Artistry. To make this type of character believable, I used bright and bold eyeshadow colors, but the real emphasis was creating the expression lines, white dots, enhanced eyebrows, and colored tear drop. I drew on the expression lines with a smudge-proof black liquid liner. A pop of red on the lips, partially outlined with black kohl eyeliner, and a white highlight accent completed this effect. Hand crafted and cut out comic bubbles with the words “BAM” and “POW” was the finishing touch to pull this off.

MMA Model, Danielle Palmero was the most theatrical, which I channeled from Fancy Mardi Gras Masquerade Masks. I started with a white cream base over most of the face, and purposely did not cover the edges of her face, creating the illusion of a mask. A black, smokey, wing shaped eye was applied, along with a grey heavily contoured nose and cheekbones. I used a rope-like ribbon, placing eyelash glue around the perimeter of the face, and applied silver glitter glue swirl designs, and pearls as well. A baroque collar was crafted out of ribbon, lace, pearls, black rhinestones and a mini top hat was used to top off this look (no pun intended).

Closing with the last makeup look, MMA Model, Danielle Meyer RAWKed an Abstract/ Neon/ UV -Black Light Activated Makeup Scheme. There were many obstacles taking on a task this big. The pressure of having one shot to get it right during the live runway walk was a nail biter. Looking for a product that was safe to use on the face (especially near the eyes which was non-toxic), and to produce drama I wanted, entailed hours on the internet and many phone calls with beauty suppliers. I opted for a water-based makeup, which is mixed with water and similar to water color paints. I found using a combination of the makeup consistency and a flexible, synthetic brush gave the best, streak-free coverage. The object was to make the look striking enough in the venue space before the black light lit up the face. I was going for the “Wow-Factor,” to add an element of surprise, and engage the crowd. I took a gamble on setting up the black lights without a production run through to test the light levels. I wasn’t sure it would work since the room was well lit to view the other models looks in normal lighting. Jason Klein brought in a Professional LED Black Light Set, which he hooked up and successfully illuminated the face. It worked as I anticipated, and seemed to be a real crowd pleaser!

Taking home the winning title is an unbelievable triumph, which feels surreal. I am truly humbled by this adventurous experience. The best part is sharing this exciting time with everyone! Next up, NATIONALS!

*Also, check out the Temple News Article which I had the honor to speak with the Editor, along with a few additional Raw Semi-Finalists regarding our Raw Artist Experiences: http://temple-news.com/arts/2012/11/13/raw-talent-showcased-in-awards-ceremony/

Happy Hour just called, and you need a Quick Makeup Fix NOW!

Transform Your Every Day Makeup with a Winged Eyeliner Accent!

This Easy Makeup Tip Adds A POP OF COLOR, switching up your Go-To makeup while keeping it simple and classy at the same time.

The Secret to this look is Double Liner!

First, apply a light wash of matte eyeshadow in a soft brown on the base and crease of your eyelid.

If you want to add a little highlight under the brow bone, I suggest using a light, neutral color in a shimmer or matte finish closest to your skin tone.

As close as you can get to the lash line, you will line your eyes with a black liner in gel, pencil, or liquid (whatever you are most comfortable using).

Extend the liner about 1/4 of an inch past the end of the outer corner of your eye, and angle upwards towards the end of your brow.

Next, directly above the black eyeliner (which you will use as a guide), follow the shape of the black liner with GOLD, SILVER, or ANY COLOR (Liquid or Gel Liner with achieve the best results).

Finish with a couple coats of mascara!

Congrats, you have earned your Wings! Did I mention you look like a badass SUPER HERO CHICA?! :)

(Ding) Hello Class, We Meet Again!

It’s the start of The Beauty Scoop School Year, and I plan to teach you so much!

During today’s lesson, we will be covering the start to an everyday face that will not clash with your Neon Pink Polkadot Scarf, Printed Pants, or even your Oldest Raggedy Sweatshirt you can’t seem to part with.

Pay Attention For The Basic Face Essentials!

Basic Essentials:

Skin Prep

Cover

Neutral Eyeshadow Colors

Natural Lip Color, Gloss or Stain

Start So Fresh and So Clean:

Always start with a Clean Face, and throughly Moisturize (the proper amount of moisturizer for a face, should be the size of a quarter, really mush that gunk in). You want a clean palette to work with (which is your face) for the best application possible.

Proven Point:

Think of it this way… When you get a Manicure, the Technician cleans up your Cuticles, Files, Does The Hot Towel Thing, Moisturizes, Judo Chop Massages (you know the drill), all before the Grand Michelangelo Nail Painting Job. Results = Perfect Polish.

Flakey and dry skin, last night’s leftover smudgy mascara, or re-applying more makeup on top of old makeup IS THE WORST. That will not ensure the result of a clean makeup look.

Ever.

Please wash your face first, then continue reading…

Get A Primer. It’s Makeup Insurance:

I highly suggest using an Oil-Free Primer, which will prep your skin for a Long Lasting, Smooth, and Even makeup application.

Proven Point:

I notice a HUGE difference throughout a long day wearing Primer VS. Not Wearing It. It literally helps makeup stay in place when there isn’t time for touch ups.

For example, being a makeup artist working on a 14 hour commercial, I am responsible for making others pretty, not me. My makeup has to last under various conditions such as running around hot set lighting, or even in rain, heat or humidity when shooting outdoors.

In other words, it acts as a glue for your makeup to adhere to. This prevents it from sinking into your pores, or creasing over time.

Primer is a valuable investment you should make part of any application routine.

Why slather on makeup and not get a good, long wear out of it!? Capiche?

Brands To Try:

Laura Mercier Foundation Primer Oil Free, Makeup Forever HD Micro Perfecting, Smashbox Photo Finish, Tarte Clean Slate (Available at your local Sephora, or Online)

Conceal:

Today you look in the mirror, and have a case of The OMG’s (continued for last months case of never ending OMG’s and so on). That Under Eye Circle Monster is back with his scary partners in crime, Mr. Puffy Eye Bags, and Zeus The Zit! This is a mission for Cover Up, which will mask your problem areas.

Cover up should brighten your eyes and conceal unwanted discolorations on your face. Many people think going super light to cover is the answer, but it actually highlights problem areas and draws attention (tire screeching sound).

If you are dark under the eye, you want to lean towards a more orange/salmon colored concealer to counteract dark circles.

I also recommend using an under eye concealer with light reflecting pigments, which will help project looking bright eyed and awake.

See a professional at a department store counter, or beauty store such as Sephora to help match your skin tone and offer suggestions. If you are unsure if you want to purchase, ask for samples of the product before you buy to see if you like it!

Brands To Try: Laura Mercier’s Secret Camouflage, Cle de Peau, YSL Laurent Touche Eclat, Bobbi Browns Creamy Concealer Kit

Eye Shadow Color Palette:

Light Colors for Base: Nude, Beige, Cream, Peach, Pink

Medium/Dark Colors For Crease: Brown, Green, Gray, Purple

When you are in a rush, or traveling, and don’t have time to plan your makeup look, it is best to stick with an earth toned or neutral color scheme (purples are an exception which work on any eye color).

Proven Point:

You don’t want to clash colors on your face, with colors on your body. Need I say more?

Lips:

You can never go wrong with wearing a Lipstick, Gloss or Lip Stain closest to your natural lip color.

Proven Point:

I repeat, You don’t want to clash colors on your face, with colors on your body.

Everywhere I went, people kept telling me I had to meet this chick, Mia.

I finally agreed to meet her in Sephora one day, and I was surprised to learn we had so much in common. She was petite, worked hard, and even made funny noises! Oh My! I noticed she’s little more quiet and shy than me, but I must say she has a lovely humming voice.

I knew she was someone I wanted to stick around when she mentioned she spends most of her time in the bathroom perfecting clear skin. I was like ”Seriously, Mia? You too!?” (lightbulb goes on, and cha-ching sound)…Instant BFFS!

Our favorite activity is to experiment with different facial cleansers, such as gels, creams, scrubs, and exfoliants. She performs a special trick to help keep my skin in tip top shape. It’s never looked more clear, and feels squeaky clean, like baby smooth skin!

Lately, we enjoy traveling together. Thank goodness she’s a light packer. We just like to Go, Go, Go! Running around can be exhausting, so every once in a while we squeeze in a power nap to recharge. Then, we’re good as new!

Needless to say, we’re a great tag team and she’s a keeper. You should def meet her!

Introducing Mia, The Clarisonic.

How She Works:
A patented sonic frequency of more than 300 movements per second to gently, yet thoroughly remove 6X more makeup and 2X more dirt and oil than cleansing with your hands alone.

What Little Mia Does:

Removes dirt, oil and makeup from pores.

Cleanses 6x better than with your hands alone in just 60 seconds

Works with skin, not against it, to gently massage away impurities trapped within pores

Prepares skin for better absorption of creams, serums and moisturizers

Gentle enough to use 2x a day

Carried Online, or in your local Sephora or Ulta Beauty Stores.

*Budget Friendly Competitor (found in Drugstores):
